Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15- day return policy, which means you have 15 days
after you receive your item to request a return. Please contact Customer Service for return details. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at czy@flztd.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label or return address, and instructions on how and where to send the package. Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original method of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
